Impedance Analysis: Measuring Low and Fast

In this webinar, Tim looks at two impedance measurement challenges. In the first case, he shows how to measure equivalent series resistance (ESR) below 1 mOhm and equivalent series inductance (ESL) below 20 nH for a DC-Link capacitor. In the second example, he discusses how to strike a balance between measurement speed and precision in fast capacitance measurements (on the time scale of microseconds) used to investigate the transient behavior of devices and materials.
