Edward Kluender

Edward Kluender is a Lead Application Scientist at Zurich Instruments based in their US office in Boston, MA. He received his PhD in materials science and engineering from Northwestern University, where his research focused on nanomaterial fabrication and characterization. At Zurich Instruments, he uses his diverse background in physics, chemistry and materials to assist customers with a wide range of applications. He particularly enjoys finding similarities between fields that have nothing in common at first glance. Outside of work, you can find him cooking (he fires up the smoker almost every sunny Boston weekend), hiking, and playing basketball.
