Information provided by the website

By logging in, the user has access to additional information provided by ZI, specifically pricing on some products. People from certain countries/regions (including Japan, China, Korea, Australia, Taiwan) are invited to contact local sales partners for quotations, in which the pricing may differ from that seen on the website.
We display ex-works (EXW Zurich) pricing, as defined in the INCOTERMS 2010. Further details can be obtained here, but briefly the cost of shipping to a destination address, customs handling, local sales tax and/or local value added tax may apply. For any resulting order, ZI will contact the quotation requester to arrange shipment.
In some instances “Delivered at Place” (DAP destination, INCOTERMS 2010) shipment terms may be offered; the cost of shipment is included but customs handling and local taxes may apply.
Please note that the website allows the user to see pricing in a variety of currencies. Quotations are however shown in the appropriate local currency as defined by ZI.
