Zurich Instruments Live at MicroTAS 2014

EISP demonstration at event in San Antonio

At next week's MicroTAS 2014 conference in San Antonio, Texas, Zurich Instruments, in collaboration with Fluigent SA (Belgium) and Micronit Microfluics B.V. (Netherlands), will be presenting a demonstration of a microfluidic impedance cytometer built from commercially available components. The cytometer combines an HF2IS impedance spectroscope from Zurich Instruments with the Fluigent MFCS-EZ microfluidic flow control system and a microfluidic device designed and manufactured by Micronit Microfluidics. The demonstration showcases how the HF2IS can be used to effortlessly add the capabilities of cell counting, sizing and discrimination to a standard microfluidic platform.
