We are looking for a Website Manager who will strengthen our Marketing & Sales team in Zurich.

Your responsibilities

  • Set the overall website vision and strategy for, defining the experience and interaction with Zurich Instruments in a digital environment
  • Create concepts for future website development to enhance user experience and localization, as well as to scale up along with the company's growth
  • Take ownership of website layouts to ensure consistency with our corporate identity, support content editing
  • Lead internal alignments with stakeholders from the Marketing & Sales and Research & Development teams
  • Lead a close collaboration with an external team of developers in an agile way
  • Manage the website data analytics infrastructure (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) and drive data-based decision making
  • Be the technical SEO owner with the aim of driving organic traffic growth

Your profile

  • At least 3 years of website management experience
  • Track record of impactful website development projects
  • Essential understanding of the website full stack
  • Advanced soft skills making stakeholder collaboration a pleasure for everyone involved
  • Ability to set and demonstrate high quality standards
  • Affinity to working in a high-tech environment
  • Experience with on-page and technical SEO
  • Experience with Drupal CMS is a plus
  • Very good (B2 level) written and spoken English
